Took my German Shepherd in for a full groom (£49), I normally do just bath and brush for £25.They cut her nails all jagged which has now scarred my 5YO son and me. This was not an issue before they were cut.They 'trimmed' her, it was so uneven and they completely missed her tail and ears. I have pictures of how bad it was as I was mortified I paid nearly £50 for it!I complained via email and they said they would do the bits they missed..... That's not the point! You shouldn't have missed them in the first place.I will never use them again! So dissapointed.

Joe’s first visit and they really took care of him, he seemed to enjoy it and came back looking and smelling beautiful.There does seem to be an issue with the website where I can’t finish signing up because it won’t let me select a breed so I have to phone up which is slightly annoying because they don’t usually answer but they do call back!
