I’ve been going to Mel and her team for a range of beauty treatments for years and I have never left disappointed. I’m very happy to recommend them.

Mel was so patient with me when I went for eyebrow Microblading, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease! Thank you Mel for being such a star. The lovely girl on reception was extremely friendly too!

I usually go to V brow & beauty, but on this particular day they were not answering the phone, so I booked an appointment with Revitalize for the first time. They got my card details, and not even 10 minutes later I called back saying I was having car troubles so I couldn't make it; I had literally just booked the appointment. They charged me for missing" the appointment

I booked in as my usual place was full. The ladies who welcomed me and the one you has done my treatment were both very friendly and very polite, however I wasn't happy about the result of my treatment. The wax was very painful, I usually don't feel any pain and I then discovered bruises on my thighs. Bikini line also disappointing. I should have told the nice lady that she was hurting me, but at least I wanted a more satisfactory job done.

First time ever that I walk out of a place with my hollywood not/half done.The lady had just no clue how to do it without making me cry from pain and I had to tell her to leave it!Just to clarify, this was my first time here as I usually go to the next door parlour which didn’t have any availability on that day.On top of not getting what I wanted, my legs were half done by myself but I was charged for full legs anyway.Worst experience ever, the wax is cheap and sticks to your skin so next day I also had my legs covered in bruises.I will definitely not be back.

I have had a number of treatments by Sanaz, including waxing, threading, eyebrow and eye lash tinting and she is absolutely fantastic. She is lovely and relaxing to be around and always takes her time to do a great job! Thank you!

So I decided to book in at this beauty salon on a Tuesday afternoon for a thread and eyebrow tint through Fresha. The lady who made me feel comfortable and did an overall good job. However, when I got home that evening I noticed the ends of the eyebrows I felt weren’t as dark as they could be on the ends. As I was then away on the Wednesday I called the salon on the Thursday. After confirming my details the woman advised she would call me back in a couple of minutes. 20 minutes later with no reply I called again and still couldn’t give me an answer. After an hour they then advised that the manager would be happy for me to come back, but I would have to pay again for a tint?!?! Absolutely disgusting level of customer service and this why I am putting this review publicly as honestly after having a treatment 2 days ago and not willing to uphold a level of customer service really does show. I certainly won’t be recommending and won’t be going back!

BEWARE. If you want a Brazilian wax, know that this salon doesn't offer this treatment in full for the price advertised. I was overcharged for my treatment without any prior communication or consent, taking money off my card details they had on file, and refusing to refund me. Turns out if you want an actual Brazilian wax (as defined in any other place or online) you have to pay more than the advertised price. No caveat online, no communication of this in person. I was also given 3 different explanations for the extra charge from different therapists (including the Manager - who admitted it was wrong that I wasn't informed of the charge but still refused to refund me). The most unprofessional beauty experience I have ever had.

Mel is an absolute PLEASURE to see every single time. Her attention to detail is absolutely amazing and I cannot fault her in any way at all. She is a joy to speak to every time and always makes you feel so comfortable and trusted. I had my eyelashes curled and was very nervous. She completely relaxed me throughout the process, talking me through every step of the way until I felt completely fine - she even gave me a complimentary head massage which was so kind! I have full confidence in everything she does and it is always to absolute perfection. Her waxing and eyebrows are insane the the tanning absolutely perfect too. I cannot recommend her enough!!!!
