Ailsa was recommended to me by family members as I had issues with another makeup artist 2 weeks before my wedding.Ailsa was super helpful and she squeezed my wedding in her diary in such a short notice.She made us feel super relaxed on the day, nothing seemed like an issue to her (even though 2 girls from my wedding party didn’t speak any English at all).Our makeup looked super lovely, very elegant, light and it lasted all day.I can’t recommend Ailsa enough, such a lovely girl and brilliant makeup artist.☺️

I cannot recommend Ailsa enough for my bridal make up. She put myself and my bridal party at ease and managed to cater for each of our needs. She was brilliant to have around for the morning of the wedding and put any of my worries at ease. Will definitely be back when I next need make up done!

I had used Ailsa for makeup when she previously worked in a salon in the south side. I loved my makeup everytime she did it and so when it came to choosing a makeup artist for my wedding...I already knew it would need to be Ailsa.Ailsa arrived to my venue on time and was bubbly and passionate about providing her services throughout. She really listened to what we wanted and also gave advice on what may work better. Our makeup was outstanding, it was flawless and we all felt absolutely a millon dollars! At no point did we feel rushed or stressed! Ailsa even stayed whilst we all got changed and she was on hand to provide touch ups right to the point of us all leaving. She even assisted our photographers whilst they took pictures of the whole bridal party getting ready. I would not hesitate to recommend Ailsa. Her professionalism, personality and skills are a great combination and second to none. She takes pride in her work and takes her time creating makeup that makes you feel like the very best version of yourself.I cannot thank her enough for being part of our day.

Ailsa came and did my bridal makeup and for my two sisters too.She did my make up exactly how I wanted it, even though I didn’t really know how to put it into words.I was so pleased to have someone so calm and supportive on the day when I was feeling so nervous.She made everyone feel at ease and slotted in perfectly to our pre wedding party. Ailsa did my wedding make-up as well as the make-up for my two bridesmaids and we were so happy with the looks she gave us! Ailsa had a professional but relaxed approach from the first enquiry about wedding make up right up until the wedding day itself.We had a few cancellation of dates due to COVID and Ailsa was very understanding and did not change any prices or charge us more. Her website was easy to use and very straightforward.In terms of the actual make-up, Ailsa had already done my make up a good few times and she is just fantastic! The air brush means it stays on really well and I did not need to top it up all day. All my bridesmaids love her chilled, relaxed vibe and thought the make up was fantastic. I loved her professional approach, never asked about work once which was really nice.Overall I would highly recommend Ailsa and her make up services. One of the best in the business!

I am so delighted that I made the decision to have Ailsa as my wedding make up artist. The process from booking to the wedding day was so easy and make up lasted the whole day. Alisa made my bridal party and I feel so comfortable throughout the morning. Ailsa was so organised and arrived in plenty of time to have my full bridal party ready for the ceremony. She even helped me slip into my dress, such a star. Would high recommend Alisa to anyone!!

Ailsa did the make up for myself and my three bridesmaids. We had a lovely trial session were she took the ideas I presented and melded them together to produce a lovely finish. She was in contact early on the wedding day to let me know when she was due to arrive and helped my very young niece feel special by including her. She had not met 3 members of my bridal party (they live abroad) and had only seen photos but we were all really happy with the outcome! I would recommend her very highly!

I first contacted Ailsa when planning my wedding in early 2022, she was so helpful from the outset and we had a video call to get to know each, to chat about the wedding and my thoughts on make-up options. My mum and I had the perfect bridal trial, Ailsa was so helpful with suggestions and ideas for both of us - and made the experience so easy and fun. Ailsa kept in contact throughout my planning and was a great support throughout. On the big day, Ailsa was a fun, calming presence. My bridal party all loved her and their makeup was perfect, she really made everyone look incredible in their own way. The airbrush foundation Ailsa uses is unlike anything I've ever worn, it gives great coverage but is so light and truly lasts all day. Ailsa's skill, the quality of her products, and her beautiful personality all make for a perfect make up artist! I've since been back to Ailsa for occasion make up and have another booking for later this year, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks again, Ailsa!
