THE 1:1 DIET by Cambridge Weight Plan - Linda Danks, Leicestershire

Well what can I say!!! I've had twins and gained an awful lot of weight, I was so consumed with taking care of my children it just kept piling on, this lady honestly knows her stuff, I started the Cambridge journey and fell a few times, I found it hard to fully commit, but then something just changed. I was encouraged, rewarded and felt like I was in control. Linda is exceptionally good at what she does, she guided me through my journey, pushed me when I felt like giving up and constantly supported me any hour day or night.
