Why is food so boring in this country. No flavor and taste boring. I figured Starbucks would be the same around the world but unfortunately it’s not. Coffee is terrible compared to anywhere else in the states.

Always busy, but the bins are always over flowing. The staff are on minimum wage so I can’t blame them, pay them more Starbucks!

Busy but CleanIt's amazing that the seats and tables of the cafe were still clean, as we arrived at tea time. When the cafe was very busy.It's crazily busy, but the standard did not drop. As efficient and tasty as always.

Quite busy all the time, we've been waiting for a 15min. The entry is wide open so is not warm if you want to worm yourself, also noisy and not the cleanest

I just received the worst customer service from a female staff member. To be yelled at when I’m standing outside whilst she was behind the counter is disappointing from a coffee house that normally has great service. I was standing by a table outside trying to charge my phone so I can pay for my car parking ticket and she was just plain rude shouting at me to leave and go elsewhere.. Starbucks staff please have empathy and maybe come up to the person before you start screaming.

Came into starbucks today after arriving at the grand Central parade. The coffee shop itself had about 8 or 9 customers in it with no queue. All but one staff were at the serving counter talking to a member of the public and the staff member at the till Jess" I think her name tag said seemed so disinterested in being there. I stood there for a few mins whilst she stared vacantly into the corridor outside. I got tired of waiting to be acknowledged so I spoke up and gave my order. Half way through this staff member yawned in my face
