Shop owner was very nice. I needed a key chain and he was making a key for someone, he told me I could have it for free since it’ll take him a while to make the key and don’t want me waiting.I did wait and pay for the key chain tho.Made my day!

I went to get my keys cut it took no time at all maybe a minute and they work perfectly I’m very impressed with this place

Pricing makes no sense - £8 for 1, £12 for 2 ... but £20 for 3? And they put the keys on such a small tight keyring that it's impossible to get them off (and I have strong fingers). I eventually did so with a combination of fingers and scissors but my finger is still sore after a week.

I went in with two quite different jobs: gluing the soles of some shoes and attaching a pendant to a necklace. The first job was straightforward but the second job required some artistry! Thank you so much for great service!

£19 for cutting 2 keys... Doesn't seem like fair pricing at all. Robert dyas will do 3 keys for £14 and even that is overpriced

I got a Key cut today and after a relatively tough day of work and getting home at 8:30pm, I now have a 2hr journey to pick up the original key because the one that was cut doesnt fit the key hole, poor quality work.

Replaced my watch battery here. It was a quick procedure lasting about 1 minute but the odd bit was that the man was turning his back to me completely while doing his job. When my watch was returned, one segment of the metal watch strap went missing. I was quite sure my watch didn’t miss that small part when I went inside. When I pointed it out, the man said he would be happy to order the missing part and repair it for free but I would need to leave my watch there. That’s a bit doggy and I took my watch away…

Terrible customer service. I went to the shop this morning to ask for a replacement for my parking remote. Instead of helping the guy was questioning on how do I keep my keys that the ly broke!
