Asked for an almond caramel latte.Got a soy latte, flat, caramel non existent, no cream, staff asleep.Better off making a coffee at home, it will taste better, cheeper and won't give you a stomach ache.Waste of time and money.

Friendly and attentive staff. Good selection of cakes to choose from and although not big, there are enough tables and chairs to be able to enjoy a relaxed coffee/lunch

The staff were nice and on the ball when I ordered. Got my coffee in about 20 seconds when the shop was empty at around 9am.Judging from other reviews, it seems like it really depends on what members of staff you get. I can assure you a good coffee for the standard Costa price in this convenient franchise in Perth Rail Station.

I came in last week and was served by mark and archie, top lads. Had a really good flat white with some cool art on top which was a lovely touch. Great customer service and will come again!

Busy placeBig downturn is no toilets on the premises and you have to go through the barriers to use the station toilets .Not great if you want to wash your hands prior to eating food .Not hygienic

Pot luck as to whether the shop is open or not, when it is, it seems it’s rarely open past 3pm due to staff shortages, constantly. Don’t seem to keep their staff for very long which doesn’t seem surprising. Seems they also just don’t bother ordering stock as there never seems to be much available to choose from. Have been in various Costa stores and this one is by far the worst of all. I’d suggest just giving it up at this point and letting another franchise take it on as they’ll no doubt do a better job.

Absolutely DIRE. Dark and uninviting, all the cold food in sandwich section had the screen down to ensure it can't be sold including made up wraps etc WHY!!!! Hardly any seats as all sectioned off for cleaning. A queue of people couldn't get a seat. Sign up saying closing at 3 and it was filthy. Has to be the worst Costa I have ever been in. Was served a horrible flat white no froth etc as he was to busy. Just awful, regarding timing this was at 2.20 today so well before the 3pm closing.

Waitress has to be the rudest employee of Costa I've ever met, simple question asking if they have any toasties or bacon rolls to be given a very snide no like I should already know that. Clearly this disgruntled overweight employee ate all said food. We'll go elsewhere in future

Pathetic. Arrived 2.15. Signs up saying closing 3pm.Sandwiches etc all covered up and refused to sell because apparently the ovens need time to cool down.Can tell that as the only place at the station they don't give 2 shifts about service. Avoid if you can.Seems I met the same sour faced employee as Linnsey ...
