Absolutely wonderful. The vet was so considerate, caring and compassionate. My 19 Yr old chinchilla was poorly and had to be put to sleep, and the vet was so supportive and I took as much time as I wanted to say goodbye, without being rushed or pressured. 3 visits with 3 different pets over past 2 months, and each time has been excellent.

Have been waiting for the right time to write this review.Sadly I had to visit this vets twice in a short space of time due to my rabbit and dog both being poorly and dying. My vets in Exeter use St Boniface as there out of hours emergency contact.I was very fortunate to have dealt with Tony on both occasions.Tony was kind and progressional both times.He was very loving towards my dog and explained things in great detail the first time we went in. There was no rushing and everything was thorough.As we had to go back a second time whilst ringing Tony back my dog started to detoriate and Tony remained calm on the phone and as soon as I got to the vets he came out.Tony gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye to my dog, and helped me understand what happened with my dog and showed me xrays. I believed this helped me to having more closure. Tony and other members of staff were also also accommodating in ensuring those that were close to my dog were able to come and see my dog on Sunday which also offered them a sense of comfort given it was so unexpected.The staff I spoke to on the phone regarding sorting out things with my insurance and my dogs ashes were great.I think its a good test to see how a vets handles these sort of situations for both owner and pet and I would say given the sad circumstances they have been by far the bestThank you so much for making the process a bit betterX

We had an Emergency out of hours appointment with our little dog, and unfortunately she had to be put to sleep, to say we were absolutely deverstated is an understatement!!! However, the Vet who took care of Ezmi was absolutely brilliant. Kind, caring and sensitive, to our situation, we stayed with Ez until she passed, the only consolation out of our awful situation, was how peaceful, Ezmi was made, and how kind and thoughtful the Vet was not just to our needs, more importantly our beloved little Pooch ❤ At the time I never thought of asking the Vet for her name, so a big Thank you.

We have only just signed up with St Boniface vets, and we could not be more happy with our experience. The staff genuinely care about animals, and they are so nice, and nothing is too much trouble. Also, our puppy seemed to enjoy it as well. Many thanks again.

Great vets helpful staff, easy to get through on the phone. Ben is our favourite vet and we always try to see him, as he explains everything idiotproof, ( which I need as I get very emotional when making decisions about my dogs) he is kind and compassionate and treats my dogs with love like I do. When my Yorkshire Terrier had a stroke and had to be put down I was a complete mess and Ben took care of all the arrangements for me, as I couldn't cope. I recommend highly.

Kathryn is brilliant and takes time to explain everything she is doing, whilst treating Daisy in Hydrotherapy.

Called up whilst on holiday for an emergency appointment for my two dogs. The receptionist was lovely and booked us an appointment straight away. Seen promptly by the vet who was also lovely to my dogs, very informative and we as owners felt listened to. Highly recommend.

Very professional, caring, staff.Sadly, our second lovely lab, Timmsy has gone to the rainbow bridge recently, Alice prepared him for the journey.What a lovely, compassionate person. Thank you Alice!

I can’t praise the team at st Boniface enough. Their care, compassion and professionalism has been outstanding!! My dog had his leg amputated yesterday and they have made such a emotional time so much easier with their understanding!

Always great service at St Boniface. Physio Kathryn is really great. Very knowledgeable, experienced, kind and explains things well as she goes along.
