I had reflexology with Sharon and she is brilliant it’s not the first time I have been to her and it won’t be the last.

I had manual lymphatic drainage with Scarlett today and it was truly the loveliest experience. I arrived feeling anxious, but everything about Scarlett's approach felt so reassuring and calming - she's clearly someone who cares deeply about people.I'd previously had a horrible experience with a local MLD specialist and my session with Scarlett was the absolute antithesis of this! Empathic, gentle, professional.And just in case anyone is doing a keyword search: as a fat person, this felt like a really safe place for a massage.

Riverside natural health centre is a lovely relaxing and soothing place. I had my very first acupuncture session with James, who was very professional and friendly. He listened and gave advice, and helped put my mind at ease. I explained the pain I have been suffering from for the last 4 years since having spinal surgery and he suggested a combination of acupuncture followed by a massage which I must say was the best massage I have ever had, and trust me I have been to a few massage parlours and have never felt instant relief as I did with James. I would highly recommend giving him a go!

Having heard about the benefits of Acupuncture combined with massage therapy has worked wonders for me. Right from the first session I felt my arm so much lighter and was able to work better.Regular sessions has definitely helped the quality of my life and I cannot recommend James enough. His knowledge on how the human body works in these cases is commendable which comes from his travels, education and experience. He was able toGive me instant results from the first treatment and you feel like your money was rightly spent.The place is clean and tidy. Sue who manages the place is very friendly and accommodating.5 stars from me.

I have had several acupuncture sessions with James for chronic knee pain and the service I have received has been first class with an impressive reduction in pain and an increase in my mobility.The atmosphere is very soothing and James is an excellent practitioner. Just don't expect miracles after one acupuncture session as mine definitely took two to feel a real difference

Riverside offers a great range of services. I hadn't been for a while but booked in for a lymphatic massage with Scarlett who is super lovely and calming. It was wonderful, leaving me feeling relaxed and with improved energy over the next few days. Will be rebooking for more sessions and highly recommend!
