It is early to tell as I have only been there today, but the workshop is beautiful, the man himself looked very reliable and competent, and Ifelt safe enough to trust him with an expensive instrument.You can't give a 1star review to this kind of business without an explanation. shame on google to allow these uncheked reviews and to expose worthy craftmen negatively.

Have had really good experiences with Chris, he really takes time to understand the instrument, diagnoses problems, explains the options and takes a lot of care when working on the instrument!He is also very prompt when replying to emails and has an incredible wealth of knowledge in his craft.He should be your go-to luthier in the North east! I have no hesitations in recommending his services.
