I booked 2 PCRs for the 7th Jan for myself and my father. I cancelled both on the 3rd Jan when it became clear the results would not come back intime to meet our travel requirements. This was well outside the 48hr window of no refunds and I still have not received my refund. I am £198 out of pocket and their customer service has not responded to me.

Less than 24 hours ago I discovered on completing my SPH form to fly to Tenerife tomorrow that although I had been double vaccinated and was in possession of the NHS certificate to prove it there is a drop down box on the form with approximately 10 vaccines listed to choose from and mine was not listed. Despite all my checking beforehand that I had everything in place I was devastated to think I wasn't now going to be able to travel. Having used them earlier in the year for an RAT to travel to Gibraltar I rang the head office. This time however I needed to have a PCR test for Tenerife. I was assured I could book a same day test that guaranteed my result before I travelled. I booked an appointment for 9.50am. There is free car parking for PCR tests next to the airport. We arrived early shown where to park by the greeter. Reception check in was swift. I was called forward by the clinician who after listening to my story was very empathetic and assured me that she was the only person who would be handling my test and results and that they would be with me within 3 hours. I left feeling more relaxed than when I arrived for my appointment. My results arrived less than 90 minutes later. It was negative. I have to say the cost was high, however the reassurance knowing that the test was done and results quick and I can now go on my long needed holiday was everything. A huge thank you to everyone involved from one very happy customer.

Absolutely disgusting company avoid them! They took two payment of £95 out of my account for two test only to receive 1 confirmation email. I asked for the confirmation email they didn't send until the next day but my parents needed it to get into the UK so had to get a different company. Spoke to them on the phone two days prior and they said that I would have to email the headquarters which I did. Still not received confirmation email. I asked for a refund which they email saying they would and then email the following day that they wouldnt.The worse thing about it that the gentleman at Newcastle airport said that we would need to pay again. Which I did not. He then said he would issue a full refund which he didnt. He said the fault is from the company but the emails I have been receiving from headquarters are stating that it is ours and that they would not refund us but again sent us email saying they would.Disgusting service avoid at all cost.

My experience of the preflight PFR in December 2021 as well as the click and collect LFT I needed before my return flight was excellent. The PCR test was on time, the tester was friendly and helpful and the result came through on the app within 8 hours. The pre return flight testing result came through on the app within a few minutes.The certificates were on the app too.

Avoid this group like the plague. I received my results 3 days late. Luckily my flight was not cancelled. I took the test as a precaution. Their excuse was that there was a mistake with the email address. Other testers send to both the telephone number and email address to be sure. I confirmed my email address with the receptionist on the day of the test. A refund was refused stating that recieving results on time was not guaranteed. A waste of money , terrible customer service and relations. Absolutely disgusted. I hope this review costs them 10-20 times the amount that they swindled from me. I should have checked their terrible reviews before trusting them to effectively conduct a simple test.

I booked a PCR test at 10pm because I had an issue with my Covid passport data (it hadn't updated and I needed it to travel abroad). At 5am (7 hours later) I noticed that my covid passport was working so I promptly cancelled my PCR test.I then wrote to NPH to explain and ask for a refund, to which they replied and said no because they had already incurred costs. All they did is take a £195 online booking, held it for 7 hours overnight and keep my money.NPH's terms are unfair, and they have taken money for nothing.The directors of this business should be embarrassed.Daylight robbery!

Incredible service from a company that cares. Our cruise line sent the wrong 'location code' to us, which prevented NPH from providing us with our Covid-19 certificates.Despite this being the fault of the cruise line, NPH created a workaround for this problem so that we could resubmit our test results and receive our certificates in plenty of time for the cruise. NPH can clearly be relied upon, even when things don't go to plan.

At first I thought going to Newcastle Airport for my tests was going to be a hassle, how wrong was I, yes it in the airport grounds but it couldn’t be easier, great parking, you enter the building where they are so professional and efficient you are at complete ease. Your results are back no later than 24 hours, my test to release came back within 18 hours.And I must thank Kate Oliver personally, as I completely messed my bookings up and she helped me no end to correct them.An amazing clinic, which I would have no hesitation to recommend.Thank you so much
