We called Andy to repair an inaccessible leak to a toilet cistern enclosed by a tiled wall. He picked up as soon as I called & came the next day after another customer cancelled. He quickly discovered the problem - a cracked pipe - which he replaced with extra support to ensure it didn’t happen again. We were extremely pleased with his personable & professional approach. We wouldn’t hesitate to call him out again. Outstanding service!
