Good store to go in and browse or get great Christmas gifts and anything else you might want. Recently had an issue with them where I rang up to find out if they had an item in store and the automated service told me they did, causing me to travel up there to get it only to find out that they didn't have it at all and hadn't had it for more than a day or so. Staff are still friendly and helpful and always willing to engage with customers.

My son and I go here quite regularly, we are both gamers and game has a large selection of games and merchandise on offer, the staff are quite knowledgeable on a range of topics from range release dates to advice on which peripherals to buy. Will continue to shop here.

My first time to this store in its new location inside sports direct also a grate store the guys and girl behind the till verry helpful and knowledgeable and it was easy locating the store thanks to the helpful sports direct staff would give more stars

Bought two games the other week ago didn't use game still not opened tried getting a refund assistant opened you can't get a refund money they gave me 1.25 worst place ever.

About 3 months ago I bought my PlayStation Console from Mark. Who was very polite & helpful. He told me about the bundles that were available & didn't mind having a quick debate. I have been with game for over 20 yrs now & will always try to stay loyal to them. But sorry for the late review as I had forgotten marks name lol. Thank you Mark

It's a sad place to visit. Hidden away on the top floor of Sports Direct in a small corner. Prices are meh, selection is poor. I miss when Game was still relevant.
