Very quick and friendly team that make you feel comfortable and offer helpful advice when choosing glasses. My husband also goes here and didn't know which frames would look best for his face shape and Max helped him with a few different options that weren't just based on high price, but genuine styling for my husband which he was very grateful about. They explain things very clearly and have plenty of patience.

The service was excellent from all members of staff.I felt safe and the team followed all expected safety measures.I was given open and honest feedback on the the glasses I was choosing of which I very much appreciated.Nothing was too much trouble to ensure I left happy with my choice.Thank you David and the North Harbour team. My experience was great. Looking forward to collecting my glasses soon.

Terrible service. I arrived for my 9.25 appointment to see the only other customer going in for an eye test. I was asked to take a seat and wait. Other customer came out and payed optician who had just tested him. Optician then proceeded to fix a pair of specs for a man who had just walked in. This was a test of my patience rather than my eyes. I left and will not return. Shambolic

Everyone was really professional and friendly. Max really went out of his way to help me choose my new frames and the opinions of the manager (didn't catch his name) and another lady really helped. The Optom was very thorough and was extremely personable.Definitely recommend them all - Thank you.

I cannot fault vision express. Their staff are brilliant. They listen to what you say and act accordingly. The optician is extremely helpful and David was superb. He spent time with me whilst I was trying on glasses and was extremely helpful with my new contact lenses. I'm super pleased with him and vision express overall who make you feel super welcome.

Visited Vision Express to purchase new reading glasses and have a pair if previous glasses adjusted. Sharon who helped me was extremely patient and trying on lots of pairs was no trouble. She was also very good and honest in saying what looked nice or not - which in important. This was my third experience over 5 years in purchasing glasses and always come away feeling very happy. Will definitely return.

Not good waiting nearly 5 weeks for.My glasses. Due to an employees error because they were rushing to go lunch .My order was not sent off . The mistake wasOnly noticed when I rang up .Poor service poor management.

Always superb service, very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and fun. The staff work as a team and provide an inclusive and pleasant customer experience, I always feel welcome and enjoy my appointment. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. David managed to find me a pair of glasses that I wouldn't have considered myself.
