Upper Hound Dog Grooming
I started going to Kate when she told me that she did the dogs teeth, as my vet wanted to extract more than necessary because it was how their computer system was. I refused to let them take good teeth out and then I found Kate and she has done an amazing job on their teeth and they are so much better and the bad one fell out naturally. They love going to her she treats them as her own.

It was our beautiful Oliver’s first visit to Upper Hound today and he had a wonderful, happy experience. He was so excited and proud when we collected him and was clearly well cared for. Thank you, Danielle and Laura, for looking after our sweet boy and making him look even more handsome than usual. We are so impressed at the stress free process for the Ultrasound Teeth clean, too!

First time using a groomer( first time owning a long haired dog). I felt quite apprehensive but was soon put at ease, the salon was lovely and the lady( to my shame I've forgotten her name) was so helpful and talked me through what was best for Reg. Reg was stressed when he got there but when I collected him he looked very relaxed and the end result was amazing. Thank you so much.Sue Tinkler

I took my puppy for hir first groom last week. The team were so friendly and gentle with my girl, she was at ease immediately. They did such a nice job of her groom and she looked beautiful. Would highly recommend this lovely place :)

Fabulous place, the staff are lovely and always do an amazing job. Roxie loves her visits and positively prances on her way out! She was a bit cross about the toothbrush though.

Upper hound is fantastic. I take my nervous chihuahua and wriggly collie x puppy in for nail trims and both come out wagging their tails and still very good friends with Kate ! I trust they have a good experience but still get a proper job done. Wouldn’t trust anyone else !
