Absolutely amazing staff, always really friendly. Love popping for my pipe tobacco and having a chat about which one to have next! Really amazing selection and some absolutely gorgeous cigars as well. Definitely worth the visit, never disappointed.

As a non-smoker, I went in to get a few cigars for a gathering I'm having soon. I'd done some research into what cigars to go for, but when I got the shop, I was amazed by the selection of cuban and around-the-world cigars on offer.The guy who ran the store was passionate about what he does. But he was also extremely knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He taught me more in 10 minutes than I'd learned by looking online for a couple of hours. He also made sure he recommended the best cigars for the occasion, and didn't try to convince me to pay more for something he knew we wouldn't enjoy or might be too strong. That was a nice touch.Would definitely go back in future if another occasion came up!

Nice little store with a decent selection, but very expensive compared to others. The young chap that served me on both my visits was very disinterested, shame.

I popped in out of curiosity amd the staff was really helpful and didn't make me feel like a idiot for not knowing about cigars! Can't want pop back on pay day!

Fantastic cigar shop. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are great. Online prices are matched in store and there is a great selection of Cuban and New World cigars. Staff allow you to just browse rather than pressure you into a purchase unlike some other cigar shops. Highly recommended.

Small shop, didn't have my favourite montecriso no 2's in stock and I felt rushed as it was about to close.

We called in today (4th Sept 21) and met Jozef who was extremely friendly and helpful. As a novice cigar smoker he helped us and advised us with our choices, and boy were there a lot of choices!!. It was clear he was more interested in customer satisfaction rather than making a quick buck, often steering me away from the expensive cigars to more beginner" cigars. After we had paid and were saying our goodbyes he asked what the rest of our day looked like
