We had a warmer roof fitted to our large conservatory and a opening created within the house. The process started with a visit from Lee to look at the best options for our replacement roof and wall opening. He was helpful, respectful and very knowledgeable. As planed and on time the team arrived with a positive, helpful attitude and the team were totally professional and very reliable throughout. I was always kept updated from the office and nothing was a problem. We now have a warm and usable room and with the new gable end as recommended it looks great. Celsius Home Improvements were outstanding throughout thanks to all the team. Totally recommend them.

If you want great customer care then DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! In 2021, after numerous issues with my composite door and my kitchen window, they came out quick about the window but it took them 2 months to replace my kitchen window pane. After I had threatened them with Trading Standards, they were out like a shot, and now one of the hinges on my french doors needs replacing. Contacted them on 24th November 2022 about it and they said it would be added to their snag list. We are now in January and they HAVE NOT contacted me yet, not even with a courtesy call or anything. It's only when you threaten them with something then they come out. Their after care is an absolute disgrace!! To me, they don't give a toss!!!!

Not sure about the quality of their products but their workman have zero consideration for other people. Apartment above us had windows and doors fitted but our apartment ended up covered in dust, plasterboard and brick debris. If they're going to make such a mess, at least have the courtesy to advise others around, and perhaps offer to clean up their mess!

I had the displeasure of a short dealing with Celsius. After a telephone conversation a day & time was arranged for their Rep to visit my property to discuss a extension. I waited over a hour after the scheduled time still noone turned up, I telephone the office explained am waiting for their Rep should of been here over a hour ago, i got reassured running late he is on his way to you now, waited another hour, still noone turned up, how disgustingly rude, no phone call from them nothing. Why lie say he was on his way when he wasn't, their Customer service is awful how difficult is it to just give me a curtesy call. I am now in process of dealing with another company who have been professional throughout,

Excellent installation of high quality bi-fold doors to the rear of our property. Pleasant professional workmen completed a flawless installation in a few hours. Really pleased with the result.

From the initial contact and discussion about what i wanted, I felt confident that I would be happy with the outcome. The contractors who fitted the windows were cheerful and efficient. They cleaned away after themselves and left the house clean and tidy. Communication was good and I was kept updated about time scales and any concerns that they had.I am very happy with the results and would use this company again

We chose Celcius to do our double extension & porch. We also got our kitchen done & 3x bathrooms installed along with a new roof. The whole process took 18 weeks from start to finish... everything is very good quality & the teams we had working on different parts of the extension / inside work were all professional and we are very happy with our new home & would recommend Celcius to anyone wanting an extension or other home improvements. We had direct contact with the lads & Frank and felt confident when we needed something it would be sorted ASAP. We also lived in the house whilst the works were being done & they were considerate to me and my kids & worked very fast. Having searched around and requesting quotes to replace our old front door and side window panels around the Liverpool area, Celsius Home Improvements were the only company prepared to come out, measure, give advice and a range of brochures to pick from before sending us a quote. I was glad they did as well, as the newly fitted door, top and side windows look absolutely amazing. Communication with the company was excellent and the cost split into 3 payment as the job progressed. Installation team were excellent, professional and friendly, going the extra mile (fuelled on by cups of tea probably) by refitting the original internal window shelves that were part of the original house build. Comments from friends and family have been fantastic on how good the installation transforms the look of the house both from inside and outside. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, you will not be disappointed.

Had new fascias, soffets and gutters, and also had the top half of the house rendered.All work completed to an excellent standard using quality materials.The installers were friendly and always willing to do that bit more/extra.Due to the bad weather, the rendering had to be delayed, even using the top quality rendering materials. Pleased with the whole job and how it has transformed the look of my property and, great to know the work is guaranteed for 10 years.I would definitely recommend to family,friends and colleagues.Russ Griffiths.
