Good looking rustic hardwood cladding that looks great on our outdoor garden wall (after being treated!). Would have been five star but for the inclusion of some pieces that were very light and did not appear to be hardwood. Great service, well packed and prompt delivery.

Warning: do not buy from this supplier!Having recently been redirected from the Sawmill website to the eBay/etsy sites I looked through the contents of the products on offer. I saw a table like the one I have purchased from the Sawmill. This made me happy to contact Rustic cladding regarding my recent experience with the bespoke table and two benches I had purchased given that they are selling the same product. After messaging a few times directly through Etsy I had not had a reply; I gave it a third attempt – and was lucky to get a response. Kim replied and said “sorry to hear about your issues...do you want to send some photos and I can see what can be done for you” I quickly responded and provided the necessary photos she had requested. I heard nothing in response. I chased and had no response. I finally informed Rustic cladding that I was not happy with the level of customer service and therefore would need to inform potential customers regarding such matters if I have not had a reply -to which I got a swift response from Kim stating that she was trying to help me (no apology). She stated that she was trying to get in touch with somebody from the sawmill but was unable to. She implied that this was no longer a problem of Rustic cladding and they were a different supplier. I replied and stated that it would’ve been helpful to have been informed of this at the start (that the supplier was now attempting to contact someone else). Moreover, what I found most unusual [which I explained to Kim] was the fact that Rustic cladding was selling the exact same product on the Etsy site (handmade industrial tables -which I had purchased). I shared with Kim that I’ve been consulted with and I will be taking the matter to Trading standards. l told Kim that I would however feel obligated to write a review of my experience on the website. I have still not had a response from Rustic cladding. Since informing Rustic cladding of my next steps, I have looked at their Etsy site and they have taken the table down, I can only assume that they are trying to deny that they sold such products. For me this is not a problem given that in our email correspondence Kim does not state that she does not sell this product nor provide information that this not a Rustic cladding issue, and in fact she requests to help me to try and resolve the matter. I will still pursue this complaint with Trading standards. I do not expect to pay approx. £1000 for a bespoke table and two benches and for it not to function as such -in addition the after-care has been abysmal. I have been pleasant and reasonable throughout. I would inform all other customers whether you’re looking for craftsmanship or cladding to avoid this supplier at all costs.FYI re problems:-Table top completely loose/unsafe (I effectively have a piece of wood unsafely balanced atop of a metal base). Any slight movement renders the top askew/alight.-Benches-are loose and wobbly (and seemingly have no easily identifiable way to tighten the fittings).

Rustic Cladding is a great company. I've purchased alot of wood it is of a high standard and good value for money. The orders ive had have been dealt with efficiently by Charlotte Moores and have always arrived on time. I would recommend this company. They are pleasant to deal with and I will be making future purchases.
