This review comes from a previous employee as well as customer!This place has a great location, it's clean, well-kept and modern!The food is a typical fast-food genre, which has a wide variety of choices as well as vegan choices which I highly recommend.The workers are great, quick and efficient! And the manager is the sweetest person I've ever met!Comparing to the competitors fast-food restaurants, I would highly recommend this one on top of any other for food quality, price, and staff manners!

2 stars is generous at best because this was the Worst experience ever. Will most definitely not be returning to this kfc branch again. The staff were really sweet and considerate and made it their personal mission to make sure that I was okay (highly appreciated but underrated to say the least!). However the manager on the other hand was incredibly rude because I asked for his help in ordering, not only did he glare, he completely ignored me! I can’t even begin to imagine how his behaviour is towards his employees.

Purchased a 10 piece family feast along with extra hot wings. Got home and discovered 7 pieces out of the 10 pieces of chicken were small drum sticks. This is not KFC policy. Customer should get a variety of different cuts. Very disappointing.

When we visit this place wasn't very busy. We order our food at the machine and took number for our table service . When our food was ready there wasnt table service so we had to go and pick up our food. Our table was quiet dirty so not really cleaning table service wasnt there either. Another then that food was good. Nice and hot and I got all my sauces I ordered.

I got a large order for my entire family… 4 trilogy box meals, a wrap, popcorn chicken, a portion of hot wings and a zinger burger box meal with coleslaw.The wrap was freezing cold! Popcorn chicken was like rubber and the hot wings had very clearly been reheated! I was sent 3 of the wrong items on top of this. I got a normal zinger burger rather than the tower zinger burger in the box meal, a regular chicken burger in one of the trilogy boxes when it should be zinger and a gravy instead of coleslaw in the tower box meal. (I am extremely allergic to the gravy…). This is DISGUSTING! And I only received a £3 refund from my complaints when realistically I should’ve gotten £20 MINIMUM back for how ridiculously awful this food was! Will definitely NEVER order from here again. Extremely disappointed.

The service I received was excellent in terms of the person taking my order was very professional and polite. However I ordered a 3 piece variety meal to take away and when I got home and tasted the meal which included various different pieces of chicken and also the chips tasted absolutely horrible, as if they had been cooked in very old oil and reheated again over several days. This is totally unacceptable considering this meal isn’t cheap but just ended up in the bin. Unfortunately I won’t be using the services from this branch of of KFC again.

Well went for a stuffing tower burger, got home to find this is what it looks like.Nothing like the pictures on the app won’t be going back.
