Blackwell's Bookshop
Lovely combination of a book & coffee shop. I've only used the book shop services so that's what my review represents. Book shop's staff were all very sweet and despite not being sure what I was coming for, I found a great book that I fell in love with right away and definitely recommend. There are large sections for any genres.

Staff is really helpful and the books are beautiful. Love the recycled covers “about blanks”

Quality service feom the staff which helped me find both books. Much better experience than using an online book seller.

Blackwell's Bookshop
Very small Bookshop but intimate and with a Coffee shop right in it. A very good place to find peace in Central London

Blackwell's Bookshop
Online ordering experience slow and complicated. Took a long time to process, then cancelled my order a week later, and told me my only option was to start the (long) process again by which time birthdays would have been missed. Customer services zero help.

Blackwell's Bookshop
Blackwell's puts any North American bookstore that sells bags, mattresses, scented candles, and pyjamas to shame. This isn't a general store. They sell books, and it's hard to enter this bookstore and not find what you were looking for, however difficult to find elsewhere. The only problem with Blackwell's is that if you love books, you'll never be able to leave.

This bookshop carries the legacy of the Oxford-based Blackwell's publishing house. This branch of the Blackwell's bookshop chain is small and cosy and shares its space with a coffee shop. This branch has a very good selection of books of all genres and for all ages. It also offers a variety of other goods, such as magazines, stationery, small decorations and souvenirs, board games, etc. It is an excellent bookstore and certainly worth a visit when you are in the vicinity

I order from here quite regularly cause I don't want to give my money to Amazon but they make it so hard for one to be a loyal customer. You have to wait for up to 2 weeks to receive a book. Ridiculous! I've ordered stuff from China that's come sooner than that! It takes 7 days for them to dispatch the book and then up to 4 days for it to be actually delivered to your door. I have been so tempted to just order off Amazon at times but I haven't yet. I can't promise I'll be coming back if things don't change.

The bookstore didn't have either of two books that I wanted. However, the coffee shop made a very nice dry cappuccino. And the carrot cake was okay"."

I had the pleasure of visiting Blackwell’s Bookshop on High Holborn recently, and it was an absolute delight. As you step inside, you’re greeted by an extensive collection of books that cater to every reader’s taste. The cozy atmosphere, with its organized shelves and the inviting scent of books, makes it a perfect spot for bibliophiles. They also offer a range of stationery that’s as quality as it is varied, making it a one-stop shop for readers and writers alike. The staff are knowledgeable and always ready to help you find your next great read or a thoughtful gift. Whether you’re there to browse, buy, or just soak in the ambience, Blackwell’s is a gem in the heart of London that shouldn’t be missed.
