I would massively recommend Veer Capital to everyone who needs a mortgage/finance especially Harry. I researched around 10 brokers and compared them in a weeks time to finance my house purchase. Veer Capital came on top!Speaking to Harry at Veer Capital swayed me due to the fact his vast knowledge in the bridging finance area which from speaking to other brokers confirmed everything he said. His confidence, integrity and straight forwardness in bridging finance made a lot of sense (and most probably in all finances areas too it that’s what your after). His very hands on approach of chasing each stage whilst keeping me in the loop (OIP, valuation, legals and then to completion) was incredible!He provided an offer from a lender within an hour of speaking, confirmed a valuer appointment within 3 working days and completion was done within 9 working days. It would of actually been earlier if the weather didn’t affect valuer’s route.To say that I’m shocked would be understatement , but my solicitor and accountant were astounded at the speed of turnover which I think from speaking to other brokers they were a bit conscious of my deadline and didn’t seem that confident.I’m not one to leave reviews or compliments but I really am thankful at how helpful Harry at Veer Capital was!Thankyou so muchSanny
