Amazing service from start to finish for my sons 4th birthday party.Van was already waiting outside the venue when we arrived to set up and the superhero bouncy castle with slide was fantastic. Friendly team and great customer service throughout the whole process - will definitely be using this company again.

I hired a large peppa pig play park and soft play was very happy with service and how kind delivery drivers were. It was 30 degrees and they worked very hard for our 4 year old party. I would definitely recommend and use again. Best company I've used by far

We hired bens bouncy castles for our sons birthday party. They were great! They were ready and waiting to set up when we got to the venue. And on time for pick up. They were so helpful, and set it up really quickly. The bouncy castle with a slide was a big hit at the party. All the kids has a great time.Would highly recommend!

Good communication, prompt delivery and collection. Kids loved the bouncy castle but the Didicars were the highlight of the party. Definitely worth ordering as an extra.

DO NOT USE: I’ve never come across anyone ruder than this team. They came to deliver on the day of my daughters birthday party and shouted at us, yes shouted, as access wasn’t clear enough. No let’s look at what we can do here….no care for my daughter who was crying her eyes out, just swearing and shouting. No offer of another solution, a smaller option that could get through. Measurements were not given on the booking. We had no idea how this would be delivered and thought that through the house would be fine. I was called “stupid” for not reading the website. They drove away, my daughter is heartbroken on her birthday.
