Companion Care - Chingford

The first contact is the wonderful, efficient , knowledgeable and welcoming staff at reception. The vet is always up beat and interested in my animal as a complete ‘person’ and not just a physical issue. I have horses too and 6 small animals so I see vets on many different occasions. I am always totally confident that the vets at Chingford have the skills and knowledge, plus the personality to make the appointment as ‘enjoyable’ and reach the best outcome for my animal. Thank you!

The vet dropped appointments to see my cat and fitted us in, she then did the same to do his surgery the next day. She was so kind and explained everything and so helpful. She didn’t try to sell anything we didn’t need and was concerned about cats health not about making money. The nurses alwhere great and so kind and helpful too, as well as reception staff who explained things really well and helped us understand and make appointments work for us.

Amazing vet, looked after Oscar with the utmost care, with lots of treats to calm him down. Simple explanations to what was wrong with Oscar and great advice, guidance and reassuring information.

From the initial call to book an appointment to the visit, all of the staff were friendly, reassuring and very helpful. My dog is very anxious, particularly during visits to see the vet/nurse. The nurse Claire was very patient, understanding and knowledgable. She asked for assistance from her colleague Nia, who was amazing with my dog and completely relaxed him to enable Claire to perform the necessary procedures. My dog is a big strong boy but Nia got down on the floor with him, held him and massaged him in a way that relaxed him enough for the procedure to go ahead. I was so pleased to have had their assistance, as in the past I have had to pay for sedation for medical procedures to go ahead as my dog has proven too difficult to work with whilst awake. Both Claire and Nia showed genuine concern for my dog and gave me and my dog the most pleasant visit to the vets that we have ever experienced. I am so grateful for them both.

Massive thanks to all the staff that helped mine and my partners pup (roscoe) recover. Particular thanks to the vet (veselina) and the 2 reception staff on at the time (Jane and Lisa)!!!My rottweiler puppy (roscoe) was was admitted after having a seizure. The vet staff dropped everything to fit him in. There sufficient work determined that my pup had been posioned. Without there help he wouldn't have been here today. Going from a 50/50 chance of survival to him jumping around again shows how great the work they do is. Forever grateful and highly recommend!!

My cat is extremely unwell and every person at Chingford, including the specialist that was in for that day, were utterly incredible. Hes now at an amazing hosptial getting the care he needs and its all down to the deligence and care of everyone at Chingford. From reception staff to nurse to vet, across two days - all absolutely incredible at what they do and amazingly caring people. Some of the kindest people I've ever met. A kindness not easily found in this world today.

Your practice is amazing!I would like to acknowledge your 2 receptionists especially! Lisa & Lydia are a true asset to your company!They always make me, and my pets feel special and always have time to explain and help and are compassionate and caring!Your vets and nurses are also fantastic, Kind and caring too!I would not go anywhere else, and I have recommended many people to CC Chingford!Thank you!

Vets and staff are friendly and caring towards my pets. When you manage to get through to them and have an appointment ofcourse.

Excellent service provided, both by the receptionists & the vets. Always make sure that you & your pets are looked after whilst waiting to be seen. Always friendly & understanding. I would highly recommend this vet service to anyone who has a pet. Easy access to the pets @ home vets by all means of transport. Well done!

Imbeciles! You will pay for what you did! That’s all I’m going to say! Telling me that my dog is perfectly fine, then telling me she’s got a tumour but it’s nothing major, to finding out she’s got terminal lung cancer! I will make sure every single one of you imbeciles will pay! That’s my promise to you! Whatever you do, DO NOT bring your dogs here!
