DO NOT RENT HEREFor ppl who want rent Twine house, Braid house, Kiln house and Tannery House.Been living here for about 2 years and my parcels were stolen 10+times worth more than 1000+pounds. Other residences’ parcels were stolen 10mins after delivered and this happened for months while no actions were made by management.They said they are only responsible for parcels delivered in the parcel room which is the room that two homeless could easily broke in last month and lived there for weeks and it was the resident who found out this not any staff. And because of the break-in parcel room is now out of service and no one knows when it will be back.Instead setting new parcel receiver or any other actions, The management team said we resident could deliver our parcel to any other parcel deposit within the city since there’s a lot. Amazing solution thanxAnd they have all cctv but refused to provide any unless you reported the police while the police putted up a notice saying residences should be careful abt parcels themselves since there’s not much the police could do. It’s like a möbius bandIf u do online shopping then this apartment is your ultimate nightmare plus management actually does nothing.
