I ordered a roll banner for a 50th birthday. The design was done and I was promised it would be posted on the Monday for next day delivery. The banner didn’t arrive for the party and I kept in touch to keep asking. I was told it was posted on the Monday for next day delivery.I eventually got the delivery note and it was posted on Wednesday (not Monday as promised) and it was 2-3 days delivery (not next day delivery as promised).The banner which arrived after the party is useless to me.I asked for a email to write a letter of complaint but I was told I was threatening the company.I had a terrible experience. I believe I should have a refund because the company DIDNOT keep to its word.Save yourself the hassle.

HORRENDOUS SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY!!!They falsely promise everything but fail to deliver. Failed to stick to agreed installation date, came one week later and didn't even fit with lights even though they said they would. My mother stated she's write a bad review to which they threatened her with 10,000 false bad reviews for her business which is so unprofessional.Furthermore, I paid via bank transfer and I'm yet to receive an invoice. Additionally, I waited over 5months for the adaptor to be sent which they sent the wrong one. Far more stress than its worth.Strongly advise against using this service.

Called before I left home. No one answered the phone. When I got there, they said they have no ink left in the printer. Would've given 5 stars if they could have answered the phone saving me time travelling or if they could have completed my transaction.

I came into contact with the Lotus print shop via ebay. I was on a very tight deadline for some prints. I got an email back from Lotus print shop within the hour and I was able to sort out my print issue. Mehndi helped me by explaining what was possible and what I needed to do to meet the deadline. Not only did Mehndi print my job but he turned it around before the deadline. The price was fair and the quality of the work was excellent. I will be using the Lotus Print shop for all my printing needs from now. Thank you Lotus Print Shop. Keep up the excellent work.

AVOID IF YOU WANT TO SEND DHL PARCELDespite being listed as a DHL service point" both people inside the shop INSISTED that they don't do DHL deliveries... even though it's listed on the DHL website AND Google maps as a service point... and they have a PICTURE with the DHL logo on their window... Just a warning to avoid it
