Amazing service! Had a nice conversation to talk throught the vehicle with Alex who was very accommodating. Then travelled 200 miles to pick up the motorcycle and felt very welcomed by Nick. Answered all the questions I had and pleasant to chat to. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a quality vehicle at a decent price!

Bought an estate car from there two weeks ago. Nick and Alex talked me through the vehicle and made the whole transaction smooth and seamless even delivering the owners manual to my door. Good quality vehicles at sensible prices. I would highly recommend them if your looking for a second hand vehicle or mot and repairs.

Really happy with the car I bought from Nick.He was up front honest and after my personal road test, he fixed a minor fault, he also fixed a few extra, when the MOT showed slight perishable rubbers on steering and tyres, renewing all parts required, so honest as he mentioned he could have put a get done before next MOT date. I was a mechanic years ago and he was correct about that warning. VERY IMPRESSED

We bought a 2012 Kia Ceed from Nick recently and Nick was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.Nick delivered the vehicle to us personally for a very reasonable price.The car was great and as described.Unfortunately a while later the clutch failed.When I contacted Nick about this problem he engaged with me quickly and fully on this issue and was very helpful.My local garage replaced the clutch and Nick paid the bill the next day.Nick is one of the few truly honest motor dealers out there.Couldn't be happier.Thanks Nick

We started to use Nick Roberts garage services after recommendations from a close friend who has used Nick for a number of years.The customer service is fantastic and the technical work is always completed as described.Nick is a very knowledgeable mechanic and will take the time to explain in detail why the work is required should you want to understand.Whenever we have had issues with our cars Nick has been able to answer our questions without a problem and has always been able to fix anything we have gone to him with.Alex is fantastic with customer service and is very friendly. He has even collected our car from home and delivered back on a few occasions as well which is a great touch (we do live nearby).Whenever we have had services or MOT we have also received the cars back....WASHED AND CLEANED! That is a great addition to the service.They are not the cheapest in the area but the prices are extremely reasonable and from my previous experience, cheapest is never the best option if you want quality work, fantastic customer service and a mechanic who you can trust. We will not go anywhere else.Thanks guys you rock!
