***AVOID*** ordered sofa and was told it would be 10 working days was nearly a month. When delivered it was not as pictured at all. I know ordering online there is always a risk. But if I am unhappy with a product surely I am due a explanation and a return? This company do not reply to emails and when you call they don’t you off. I am genuinely so disappointed this is my first time purchasing a sofa for a new place. If there was a few things that did match it would be on but the whole thing is nothing like the picture and looks like a cheap imitation chucked together.

By the way, if you look at the other reviews, beware of any that have an Asian surname and giving 5 stars, they are not real reviews, they are the owners friends and family.Absolutely appalling customer service. They never call you back. It's been us calling, chasing our sofa all the time. Sofa was supposed to be 6 week. No sofa, no call saying we were not getting it on time. Lies and excuses again and again. Still no sofa nearly 4 month down the line. I would never ho near this company ever again. We do not recommend this company at all! its an absolute joke!

Avoid this company. Limitless did finally deliver my sofa on 28/06/22 after delaying my delivery from End April, then May then June. Deliveries were 'booked' and never arrived. Excuses were fabricated and was waste of everyone's time.Communication from Limitless was terrible and made for a stressful situation. I had to call them daily to find out what was happening. They mostly do not answer the phone or email.For a while I believed the sofa did not exist and they were a scam. Now I realise that they are unable to cope with the orders they take, and instead of being honest with customers they lie and avoid.My advice is not to order from Limitless.

Extremely poor customer service. Purchased a sofa through Wowcher in December. No communication from limitless homes to acknowledge my order and did not arrive by due date. Not able to reach customer services on numbers provided and all my emails to follow up on the item were ignored. I paid almost £1000 and have not had any communication and Wowcher is sending me back to the merchant - washing their hands of this problem

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. If I could award zero stars I would. Where to start? We ordered a couch 5 months ago that they’re still advertising as 6 weeks delivery. They have repeatedly told us we are at the front of the queue. Our couch is supposedly built but waiting on the foam. We have had messages and seen others on their Facebook page who have ordered after us that now have their couch. Anytime you call no one answers the phone. When they do call back (rarely) they just repeat that we are first on the list. They send out generic emails and if you reply they just have an attitude that they couldn’t care less.

Absolutely disgraceful from start to finish. Customer services diabolical! Lies upon lies.Huge delays. Sofa very poor quality.Had to have an independent report done on the sofa. Total repairs £650!When it was took apart and repaired by a upholstery company they discovered the absolutely cheapest foam and the base was filled and frame wrapped in weed membrane which is what we use in our garden! They said they had never seen a new sofa so bad. They were gob smacked!Limitless home was supposed to have changed foam in sofa but only arranged to collect one section and it came back the same! If all the sofa wanted doing they said we had to pay for delivery there and back. I don't even know how these are still in business. Complete sham from start to finish.We visited this company to try a sofa before we paid and ordered but the one we EVENTUALLY received was nothing like what we ordered.OBVIOUSLY BUY WITH CAUTION ⚠

Ordering my first bed order and mattress from this company. Junaed has been absolutely great with his customer service. Supporting me by understanding what I'm looking for. He posted out the colours swatches so I could check the colour before I committed to the fabric and final colour. He researched into the crystal stones and managed to have them changed and tailored to Swarowski for me . He listened carefully to the type of mattress I wanted and sourced one for me . He kept me informed every step of the way. I loved the fact he took care in providing me information and sealed the deal with what I was looking for.Great service all done from the comfort of my home!Thank you Junaed.

Best quality products, customer service and unbelievably cheap prices!I’ve just moved into a new house and I have furnished every room with items from this company. From start to finish my experience was easy, efficient and helpful. I can not recommend Limitless home enough. The items I have received have been very good quality and any questions I had were resolved in a timely manner. The people who work there are a credit to the company as they are professional and helpful. All my family and friends have ordered a range of items from baths to bedroom furniture and the items have arrived better than expected. If only every experience with companies similar to this were as good! I would 100% be back again!!

If I could I wouldn't even leave them a star at all! Absolutely disgusting behaviour with keeping us informed about our sofa, then when it was the day they said it was getting picked up by the courier, we didn't hear thing from them then a few day after, with my husband none stop emailing texting etc, they got in contact with us to say they had be giving us wrong Information and that they had got our order mixed up with someone else's! Had already taken 2 payments from us with nothing to show. They then had the cheek to send us a link with some more sofa which were Absolutely disgusting and we wouldn't get our sofa till after Xmas baring mind it's been nearly 2 months already waiting up on the original. So no do not and I mean do not get a sofa from these people! Lies, lies and disgusting customer service and care!!!
