Ok so the products ordered were good quality and arrived within a couple of days, slight issue where I had to return a few pieces as they were unsuitable, no issues so far, I then received a call advising the returns had been received and there is a %25 restocking fee! (Detailed nowhere on the website or literature) this was a £105 charge for three small boxes! In my opinion this is outrageous. I could understand a standard £25 (or similar) fee for orders over a certain amount/size but not this.I’ll be using alternative companies moving forwards who don’t have arbitrary rules designed to punish customers.
