Very friendly staff. Made my very nervous and anxious dog feel safe and very relaxed. They worked around my dog when clipping his nails for the very first time

We had our flat coat and spaniel done today. The spaniel was like a feral dog- needed so much done and they said they did as much as they could and were almost apologetic!It was honestly an amazing job! Exactly what was required. Done to perfection. 5 stars without any hesitation. Id highly recommend this crew!

I can't thank the wonderful young lady's that work at Paws Parlour in Gorleston. They take great care of Mouse when he is there for his monthly bath and primp. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with the way your pet looks after their visit. Keep up the great work girls.

I was expecting the worst when my rescue dog had his first parlour day ever and probably first bath in months (if not years) he was so well looked after, spoiled and reassured, absolutely brilliant and next appointment booked! Many, many heartfelt thanks.
