Great doctors who I have been seeing for years. The doctors give patient centred care and really listen and care. They spend the time needed with you, not rushing you out after your 10 minutes are up.Re. the 1 star reviews complaining about the busy phone lines in the morning to make appointments, I've experienced that at multiple GP surgeries across the country, that's just how the system is unfortunately. The surgery has a very easy to use online and app service for booking appointments and ordering prescriptions so I use that.

Absolutely appalling surgery. Booked appointments many times in the past and was made to wait over an hour each time before being seen. When complained the practice manager said they were just busy" although other walk-in people kept getting seen before me. To top this off its amazing when the nurse goes out of her way to call you in for a blood test. You show up and she herself tells you "why have you come here without an appointment

Worst doctors surgery. Awful doctors don’t even treat their patients with care and give them any support have been fobbed off twice in two weeks with no medication when seriously not well. Since Dr Nagpal has left the place has fallen apart and is absolutely disgusting. The staff, doctors have no respect or care for patients they should close down not being able to do simple duty of care. All they say is nothign is wrong with you when clearly there is! Dr N Iftikar and Dr Jacob absolutely useless doctors!

Worst ever receptionist has no manners at all how to speak to patients. Louise is her name didn't want to defame no one. But think you need to get taught some manners seriously before even taking up any jobs over the phone. Shame the doctors themselves are nice people and caring. Think some of the staff need to get trained before answering any calls. Also they cut you off when you finally get through the first time and make you ring on endless engaged tones again and when you do get through again then there's no appointments. Appalling service.

This surgery get worser day by day the surgery now has its door locked as if their is some sort of theft about to happen and the staff, doctors are so rude and when the get a simple response to the words they say their is a no abuse tolerance policy but but is ok for them to get all up in your face and trigger you slam the chair and say your “your 5 minute consultation starts now”I have also once had a doctor accidentally say “shit” as they made a typo mistake on the system how very professional.Told to call at 8 am but now the call pick up takes from 10min on the old system now to 30mins to get through final get an appointment then only able to discuss one query so had to call 111 instead as i am a working person and cant go to the doctors everydayFirst time in 30year was I told to take my own swab test for an ear infection at the reception desk and hand the swab though a small window very hygienicThe whole surgery being close as staff had a training day

If a 0 star rating could be given I’d do exactly that! Absolutely disgusting service. Been with this doctors since i was born unfortunately and it just gets worse and worse. Fobbed off constantly with antibiotics without any tests done. Constantly told there’s nothing wrong, patronising, not empathetic one bit when supposed to be dealing with I’ll patients. Really should be ashamed! The receptionists down to the doctors, to the practitioner manager! Needs closing down what a shambles.

If 0 stars were possible this doctor's surgery would get 0. Worst doctors in town. You have to ring about 300 plus calls to get through to the receptionist who have alot of attitude when dealing with your call. This is just one section of the problem the doctor is even worse when talking to the doctor about an issue regarding your health you are interrupted by the doctor who will not even listen to your full symptoms and then turn around and say i have another appoitment book can you hurry up. The worst perfessional doctor ever.

Impossible to make an appointment receptionist will cut the phone whilst speaking plus they rude arrogant to the core. I went A and E and the doctor asked me what surgery I'm with the minute I told them nagpal all 4 of them burst out laughing and said find a different surgery and said some alarming stories about them.
