Greenacres Campsite

Lovely people, so friendly. Had a lovely little cafe on site. The toilets and showers were really clean. It was quite busy there but there was enough space to have for yourself. A 20 minute walk to the town. Will definitely come back. I highly recommend this place for camping. Not much of a park for the children, but they didn't seem bothered and were happy playing in the fields.

Arrived on site at 1330 and reception / shop was closed. Just a sign in the window giving our pitch number. Not the best of starts.Avoid if you have kids as there is nothing for them to do on site, the park is dreadful despite being in a massive field. there is plenty of room for improvement. There is a park 10 minutes down the road which is great. There is a table tennis table, however you have to purchase a bat and ball set at £10 to play.Over priced shop, offering cafe like foods. Although it tasted good took nearly an hour to cook.The road leading into the campsite could do with a restoring, I feel sorry for caravan owners towing up there.On site facilities, toilets, showers and wash units were the best part of the site.
