Absolutely horrible dentist. Paid £600 for 3 fillings only for them to fall out 1 week later and would have to pay for him to redo his mistake. Needed another filling and he placed a temporary filling without cleaning the tooth therefore cavities traveled to the bottom of the tooth hitting the nerve. This resulted in excruciating pain and agony 10 days later and needing an emergency root canal (costing £900) due to his awful work and not cleaning my tooth. Having to pay over £1500 because a dentist doesn’t know his job. Do not recommend spending your money here. Not sure what uni they graduated in. Disgusting.

I had an appointment booked 9 months in advance (as recommended by the dentist) which was cancelled a month before (no problem as these things happen), so I called and rebooked the appointment for a month later, however the appointment was not actually booked in. Very inconvenient and disappointing considering I am paying private. Dentist care is great when you have an appointment but reception are frustrating to organise appointments with.

I called them to ask if they take new patients as I wanted to register with them along with my partner. They responded that I have to wait at least 3-years to register and started telling me their private practice rates. I responded that both mine and my partners teeth are fine and wanted to register for annual polishing, whilst we are willing to wait 3-years. She responded that I have to pay £40 annually per person to register and keep me in the register... Never had a dentisrty that asked me before to pay an annual fee in order to keep me registered! Money-hungry dentist. Avoid like the plague...

What a shambles this place is! Just took money for treatment (had to pay instalments) before treatment event been done. Had appointment booked for treatment and they cancelled both appointments on a day I had to go for my treatment! Discusting... Not even nhs dentist scheme had to pay private. But even under private scheme can't get treatment I need. I rather just go to private dentist and get treatment I need

This is a great practice, professional, efficient and caring. I need an appointment every 3 months for medical reasons and they always make sure I get these appointments.The waiting area is light, clean and airy. The girls on reception are always cheerful and helpful. They provide a great service of a text/ phone call to remind you you have an appointment a few days prior. Best dental practice I've experienced.

Excellent emergency service today. Really friendly and professional reception staff, and superb dental treatment as always from Laura, well done everyone.

Highly recommend!!Went last week for first time in years pretty terrified and knowing I needed a tooth out. Walking in the front desk staff are lovely and helpful and my dentist was excellent and he made me feel at ease, going back a week later to have my tooth taken out I wasn't nervous about it. It was done quick and pretty pain free.If you need a dentist don't hesitate.

Removed from the register due to not having gone in a period of time. Seeing as this was because they cancelled my appointment, and then cancelled my rescheduled appointment by text then expecting me to call them to reschedule yet again... Then Covid happened which stopped all regular appointments. To be removed from the register without any communication that it would happen? Ridiculous.
