Came within 45 minutes, in response to emergency call out. Friendly and helpful throughout and tidied up after themselves, despite having to remove multiple tiles they took all debris etc with them and left the area as tidy as they could. Very reasonable. Would recommend

Quick and effective service completed by Earth Plumbing. Toilet needed new syphon and water inlet. Reggie and his partner turned up quickly and on time, did the repair with a new syphon and water inlet in less than half an hour and at a very reasonable cost. Thanks for doing a great job, I will use again and are highly recommended.

There is nothing worse than coming back to your home and find that a leak has caused extensive damage. Imagine if this happens on a Saturday afternoon. I called several plumbers but this one was the only one that answered the phone without going to voicemail.He came within an hour, quickly located the leak, fixed it and charged a very reasonable price being an emergency call out. He was the best thing that happened on that day because fixing the leak allowed us to stay at the property and start the damage mitigation.If only the insurance had been half as good!I am an extremely satisfied customer. Aside of his work when he came in the property he noticed that we remove our shoes and he took them off without me even having the change to ask. Those small details are what differentiate a good service from an excellent service. Very recommended!

Came to assess the works required in my flat 3 weeks ago, and said they would provide a quote by the end of the week. Since the visit, I have received no quote, and I have had no response to any of my endless calls and chasing emails. Just radio silence. Completely unprofessional and has set me back a few weeks as I now need to get a different Contractor to come in and provide a quote.Update to respond to the owners response:Not true at all. I called you on the 8th June, and sent you an email with photos of the water damage in the flat. The email contained the address to my flat, which you then visited the next day on the 9th June. If you don't know my address or who I am, how do you know we spoke over the phone? Why have you not responded to any of my calls or emails since Tuesday 9th June? You should check your inbox and voicemails...and please feel free to contact Google, as I can provide them with my correspondence and call logs with you.
