Bright Care take care of your loved ones like they are a part of their family .They also look after you and advise you when your loved one needs more help .My mother has dementia and with the support of Bright care ,she was able to stay home until she needed 24hr care

Just excellent. The service provided has been exceptional. Communication is spot on, and we had a Care package put in place within a couple of weeks. Importantly, our mum is being well looked after and enjoys her morning visits.Highly recommended.

Have been with Brightcare since end of January 2023 and together with their invaluable care and attention, very pleased to say that Mum has happily been cared for at home. Very respectful and caring, nothing is too much trouble. Knowing that their morning visits are due gives me so much needed support and Mum is always happy to see them.

We have used Bright Care for just over 18 months. During that time we have adjusted and increased their visit times. Bright Care have been able to accommodate these changes to suit mums current needs.Bright Care always try to be flexible when mum needs to be taken to appointments in the town.Communication with the office and Care Manager is excellent and having the visit notes on the Birdie App is really helpful.Mum looks forward to her regular visits at home, being taken out for shopping and for Coffee & Cake!Very glad we found Bright Care.
