Have visited this store on several occasions for watch related adjustments and have been thoroughly impressed. Unfortunately, visirpted the store today to have the bracelet of a new watch adjusted and was served by a bald member of staff I have not encountered before.Unfortunately, he seemed completely disinterested from the outset and told me that I would need to leave the watch with him and return in half hour. Sat in car to wait only to watch him shut up shop to go and make payment for his car clean, then return to grab his vape. After he had vaped for approx 5 minutes he then went back inside to grab his phone and again returned to vaping for a further 10 mins.After this I returned unwilling to wait pointlessly only to be told that he was unable to adjust the bracelet. Apparently, the fact it had a screw each side of the bracelet was too much to deal with! He mentioned not having the right blades but offered to send it away.Such a shame that this one experience will ensure that I don’t return as it does not reflect the previous great service I have received. If you need anything done that requires more than one screw and this member of staff is on, I would suggest walking away…..

Great little shop for dry cleaning and key cutting. They can order in rare keys for older cars, vans and trucks.

I visited the Timpson little shop outside Great yarmouth Tescos Extra, Pasteur Road, NR31 0DW, with my mobile phone which had a very, very cracked screen. The member of staff/employee I saw was Casey, and he was incredibly helpful and within a few days it was fixed. As my phone was an older Samsung model, he had to order the screen in, which only took a couple of days and he called me when he could fix it. When he had the screen it only took around 30-45 mins to fix, and he even gave me some advice about a phone case. I would most definitely recommend this shop for any mobile phone/laptop repairs. You will get a professional, friendly and quality service from Casey. Plus there was hand gel for customers to use so all COVID compliant and safe.

These guys in Great Yarmouth are the best. I had two key cut at another branch, but they did not work. When I popped in to the GY branch at Tesco, there was no quibbling and an apology for the inconvenience. I left with two replacement keys and no charge. Fantastic service. Many thanks.
