Excellent set of carers that have looked after my nana. The office were great at helping me ensure she had the best care. Coordinators and managers have also went way above and beyond. Thank you.

In the short time we've used this company they have some exceptional staff who have been so supportive and helpful, offering advice and giving more than just routine daily care to mum, but also the extra personal interaction that is so important. Thank you for that. The promised continuous core team didn't quite work out though; at the last count we had 19 different carers.

Family run company with great care staff best care company ever.

I was told to remove my previous review or the care would be removed! Wow really!? So i have done this and will leave little more here. Our issues are now in the hands of the CQC and the Parlimentry care ombudsman. A note to the manager Anne you had no legal right at all to remove care based on negative, yet truthful reviews, yet another prime example of this companys neglectful operating procedures!

Having read Jasons review I wasnt surprised to see that other servise userers had been dumped. It looks like Westhome were thinning thier users down . My Mother was dumped by Westhome too and the blame was put on her with false accusations made, this matter was also left for CQC to resolve after the Manager Ann couldnt be bothered to corespond with me. Still waiting for an official letter that was promised Explaining the termination of contract. Not to mention there was no careplan written out for my mother

I would like to recommend Westhome Care Service for providing excellent care to my mother. The staff were nice, cheerful and good humoured. The management offer an efficient service. Thank you for the high quality of care.
