If I could leave a 0 star I would never made my daughters first birthday cake rang the night before at 9:30pm to tell us that they haven’t made the cake when we meant to collect the cake the next day all they could say was sorry they’d offer a refund still not the point. They absolutely shocking even asked us to change the date to the following week. avoid at all costs

I am very upset and also is my wife who the cake was for. My wife is your regular customer. I ordered a cake online two days before and requested to collect it on 28/07/2021 @11:00am. I went to collect the cake at 12:10pm on the day. When i asked for my cake i ordered they went to check and couldnt find it then came back and said what was your order and i dont think we have made it. Then took at least 30min to find it and couldnt find it as they had not made it. They had two days to prepare the cake and did not make it. Then they said we will make it and take time and come back later to collect it. Do not go to yasmeen bakeries ever again. Never order a cake. So sad. Workers are so rude. Dont understand customers.I have been waiting for my money back for over 2 months and still have not heard from them.

Really disappointed from the service I ordered baby boss 2 tire cake for my baby’s first birthday but when my husband was took cake bakery to home cake was broken on halfway when I see the cake I was crying because geast was waiting for cake cutting he charged 90 pounds of my cake and they was not giving extra cake I don’t get again anything from this bakery

Sent a good family friend to get her daughters cake from Yasmin’s. the worst mistake of my life. As the cake ordered was nothing like the cake the they made and they ruined a 3 year old little princess Bday. Rung back straight away to be told that they will be closing soon so there is nothing they can do. The worst part is still to come.went to the store to be told the owner isn’t in so come back later on, bare in mind I took some time off work, went back after 1pm like I was told and she wasn’t in. The staff??? Never known nothing like it just horrible, lack of experience in customer service and they lie. after not getting anywhere they ring the owner that I was suppose to speak guess what she was even worse than the ones in there. Apparently you have to have a doctorate qualification in making a cake if you need to order a cake from Yasmin’s,, when I asked about the happy Bday letters not been written where it was requested to be written the owner said you need to use a common sense because it won’t fit there lol common sense. I asked should it not be the staff responsibility to tell me that at the time of the order and she said no. . Worst experience the staff won’t take responsibility for their own action and I was told it’s not their fault for making a cake that wasn’t ordered and had to pay some else to do some changes to the cake AVOID AVOID at all costs .

Fantastic service from everyone at Yasmin's Bakery. The cake exceeded my expectations and tastes wonderful. My friend said that Yasmin's Bakery are the best in Middlesbrough I would totally agree. Huge thank you x

AVOID. Ordered a cake an once collected at home I noticed the cream was off an it stunk. I rang the bakery an was told because its Eid (Muslim festive day) that they were closing early but I'd get a call back to rectify this. I wasn't happy as I needed a cake for that day. I got no callback, so I rang back up an was told I'd get a call back again, still nothing. Absolute disgrace. No refund, no help, nothing. I was a regular too an now I won't be back.

We visited the shop in heanor (new and beautiful layed out) and I've got to say, wow! I had a small cup cake (lemon and mango), and the flavour was absolutely astounding, we'll be back!

Amazing buffet for mams 80th birthday., so many guests asked who the caterers were. Hot & cold - curries & traditional English (corn beef pie went down a treat). Food was loved & varied time suit different tastes. Plenty to pack people up to take home too! Certainly recommended
