Absolutely in love with my Audi TT, when I picked the car up it was absolutely immaculate. Couldn’t fault this garage at all, brilliant customer service. And hats off to Lukas who dealt with me and sorted everything out for me, he is a great asset to their team!!!

Very poor and unprofessional service. I am a woman in my 30's and felt like they tried to take advantage of this.When I walked into the shop they didn't ask for any of my documentation, they didn't explain the process. They simply asked for my car key, asked if I had a second key and then asked me to wait while they inspected the car. After inspection they gave me an evaluation that was over half of what the online evaluation gave me and they told me my car was in poor condition. I simply said no thank you and went to a different company. Who were professional and transparent from the offset and they told me my car was in pristine conditon for its age" and offered me almost £1000 more than WebuyCarsforMore."

Excellent service and communication. I paid deposit and the car was waiting for me three weeks because I was abroad. Meantime they had done new MoT and extra health check so I arrived to Newcastle to buy a car and didn't need to check anything. I had to pay, insure and Colin prepared and I onle need to paid Road Tax. Car is excellent and in almost like new condition. A++++++ Seller

My brother and I traveled here today to view an Audi TT. The salesman barely spoke to us, stood staring at his phone the whole time and gave us blunt, short replies. We asked how many owners it had and he just stated that he didn’t know, without an attempt to be helpful about it. When we asked about the service history he stated it was online but didn’t mention if he could find out, so I presume I would need to buy it without knowing the service history. When we asked for a test drive he just bluntly said no and said no one is going anywhere till it gets new tyres - this is fair enough but a solution would have been nice - maybe offer a test drive in one of the other tts? Or even just a slightly more polite way of saying it wouldn’t be possible. It seemed although were not taken seriously due to the fact we are young. Upon leaving the garage in our current mx5, the same salesman came out to greet new customers with the biggest smile on his face and an amazingly positive attitude. This is unfair treatment and prejudice against our age without anything to back the salesman’s attitude up.I appreciate he may have had concerns about us due to our age however all customers should treated equally regardless, we would have happily shown we had worked out the finances and were serious if he asked. This really was a shame as it is a nice garage with what seemed to be high quality cars in. I would rate it lower but it seemed a good reputable business and it seems unjustified to leave a 1 or 2 star review for the whole business based one this one experience.

Just bought my new car from these guys. Lukas handled everything for me, he was absolutely amazing. I was on a time crunch and they sorted the car as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend, also have a wide range of cars available!! Thank you guys
