I go to Katies home salon regularly for my waxing and she is hands down the best I’ve had. She immediately puts you at ease whilst remaining professional and does a brilliant job. I also recently booked Katie for my baby shower at home and have nothing but excellent feedback from my guests around the quality of the treatments and how friendly and non-imposing Katie was. I would definitely recommend. The loyalty cards with the free treatment after every 6 are an added bonus!

Super welcoming and friendly. I visited Katie at her home where she has created a lovely peaceful space to carry out treatments. She is obviously very experienced in treating clients during all trimesters of pregnancy and made me feel so comfortable during my waxing treatment.

Katie is truly an artist at her craft!I currently live in New Zealand but come home every few years to visit family and never know where to go - until now <3.My mum recommended I come to see Katie and I was not disappointed. Such a beautiful zen space I felt completely relaxed and at ease for my waxing.I will definitely be back again next time I visit home (Katie please don't leave hehe..)Thanks again for being 10/10 amazing!

I organised a pamper party with Katie for my NCT group to give us all a treat. It was fantastic. I cannot recommend Katie enough. All the mums has a wonderfully relaxing time for their treatments and came out feeling great. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage which was amazing. Perfect depth of pressure and wonderful smelling oils. Katie tailored the pressure to my request. She was incredibly professional and I would not hesitate in recommending her. I am already looking to book in further treatments with her for myself.Thank you for a great day Katie!

Katie is not only one of the best therapists you will ever visit, but she is also so lovely that you feel like you’re hanging out with a friend while you have your treatment done. She has trained to the highest level and she always keeps her skills and knowledge up to date, which shows in the different treatments she offers. I can’t recommend Katie more highly and her treatment room is so beautiful and serene. I wish I could give her more stars. She deserves all of them! X

Katie put me at ease and gave me such a relaxing and wonderful facial, by far the best I have ever had. Her home therapy studio felt like a spa, beautiful, restful and stylish as well was comfortable and calming. I would highly recommend her to anyone, my skin is glowing and her friendly and professional attitude is just what you would want. Katie seemed so knowledgeable about the products and my skin, it was also really interesting. Thank you so much.

I have had treatments both at home and at Cocoon HQ. My prescriptive facials at home were super relaxing and Katie tailored them to suit my skin's needs and gave me some great skincare advice for inbetween appointments.Cocoon HQ was a lovely setting for full body massage. Again, personally tailored to what I needed after a long day and a busy week.I would most definitely recommend Cocoon. Katie is the perfect mix of friendly and professional. Make a booking!

Katie has been doing my beauty treatments for around 2 years. She is so friendly and professional and really makes me feel at ease. The wax she uses is great and it doesn't hurt as much as waxes that I've had in the past. Her massages are fantastic, the amount of pressure is always spot on and I love that you can have a massage in your own home and get straight into your jammies afterwards! I've recently had a couple of Katie's mani/pedis and they always last a good length of time and look great! She has a huge range of colours (so many I find it hard to choose!) I would recommend Katie to anyone in a heartbeat.
