Purchased the unlimited replacement for watch. I’ll be lucky if the battery they replace last 1 month. I’m pretty sure they’re using used batteries and not new ones.

Absolutely disgusting service and man who works there (the larger one). Do not come here if you don’t want to be insulted for simply existing. He should be sacked immediately he has 0 interpersonal skills I am stunned how he even managed to get a job in the first place.

Gave them 2 brand new belts, had to go twice for a simple punching holes. Both times the buckle was too big for them, last time Rich did it all wrong needles to say some holes are now double holes and the pen he used to mark has left permanent marks on the belt. He was super rude and asked me to take my complaint else where and even though I didn’t ask he said we are not giving you a new belt. They were also talking about me rudely when I came back. They are so incompetent and I wouldn’t trust them with even punching holes.

Great attention to detail with superb service. I popped in for some advice as I thought a pair of shoes weren’t repairable. Timpsons proved me wrong and my fave pair now fights on for many more miles. Definitely worth popping in to see if they can help you.

Was hoping just a simple job of getting zippers replaced on my Dr Martens, ended up my boots being LOST in courier between Timpson and the company they sent off my boots to get fixed.Was told I would receive an email regarding a reclaim of the value of my boots as told by the guy at the store, 2 weeks later and still no email. This is unacceptable service, such simple task has been over 6 weeks since I gave them my boots on 14th feb and still not resolved. Super bad service I will definitely recommend go elsewhere avoid this place if you still want your shoes back.
