So disappointed. Have added a picture of what i asked for and the nails 2 weeks after. The design is not similar at all so was very disappointed after i got them done. One week after a nail had already fallen off and after two weeks all nails looked cheap and ruined with two fallen off and one broken. One of my real nails were damaged which caused pain. Very disappointed as i payed £45 for these. Usually my nails last 4-5 weeks before one falls off but decided to try this new place. Won’t be going again.

Helen did my nails today and I absolutely love them,best I'v had,she is so good and artistic... recommend this salon,it's lovely and has a relaxing atmosphere...

Always have a 5star service when coming here. I have been coming in and having my nails done for years, and the service is always consistent, relaxing and an enjoyable experience. Everyone is always super friendly! Would highly recommend!

The environment is very new and seems like a high quality nail saloon. The staff was ok too they aren’t very friendly or welcoming while they do the treatment . However i ve only been here for the first time and went for a biab 2 days ago. The biab has already peeled off which i was not expecting this especially when my job and daily routine is gentle with nails and hands. Also the end part of my nail is fine which i ve doubted as i ve seen many videos and they do go around the edge to secure the biab for the whole nail. I am hoping to get this sorted as biab charge is £35 WITHOUT nail art. I had my acrylic removed and reshaped already vut still had to pay the full amount due to the manicure they have to do (basically just taking off the cuticle). I ve already had 2 complaints in front of me and then the third one is myself. The lady did apologise when i have complained , but I hope the saloon will sort my nails out otherwise im not coming back if i need to come in every single time as its a waste if time.
