Clean and safe, not crowded.....people keeping there distance . All had Masks or visors and helpful and friendly staff.Masks and sanitizer at the door.All thanks to way the lovely staff.

Really good staff based on the staff I would give 5 Stars but quite a few products have gone missing such as wafer thin chicken their own wholemeal bread they don't sell HP brown sauce or Daddy no small or medium size cornflakes many products are not available for single people or couples such as joint of meat most are of a size that would feed a family of 6 for 2 days therefore not customer friendly for all customers however I still shop there a minimum of 5 times a week because the staff are friendly and ASDA's have always been good value for money.

Lovely place to shop.The staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.Stock a good range of products and have nice late opening hours for anything you need.

Oh dear. 3 days before Christmas and Asda bentalls Heybridge was so disorganized. Went early to get it done. Only one lady covered 7 self service checkouts also one regular checkout and tobacco/lottery. I already had shopping on conveyor belt, the one person serving had to see to a customer on self service, left me waiting. A lady from bakery went to get help. Eventually the store manager arrived, offered no solution, bakery lady said shall I serve on the checkout, manager walked away!! Bakery lady was lovely, but inexperienced on checkout, so, had to wait for original lady who then came off self service to serve me. Absolute nightmare. WHY aren't more staff on, and what let two go for breaks at the same time. Poor, very poor

Good for popping in for essentials. Cannot really do a full shop there as the range is limited however staff are really friendly
