Lovely location, very peaceful. Some decor a bit tired and needs updating. Food very good especially breakfast. Spa treatments good. Staff all very friendly. Drinks a bit expensive. Need to encourage guests to use the main hotel lounges to create a bit of atmosphere in the evenings

Beautiful hotel set in wonderful grounds. I had a ground floor accessible room which had a wet room shower and lower sink and toilet ideal for anyone with disabilities. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and service quick friendly and professional. I was staying in the hotel for my son’s wedding and everything was done perfectly from start to finish with everyone attending saying what a great time they had.

We came for a spa day followed by lunch, everything was perfect. The staff all went the extra mile to make sure we had a lovely day. Lunch far exceeded our expectations, not your usual spa deal lunch! It was tasty and well presented.Would we return, 100% yes

Very enjoyable stay. Food was good particularly the breakfast which was excellent. The staff in the hotel and pub were so friendly and attentive - they were excellent. The leisure facilities were good - spa, gym and pool all good. The only negative was the interior decor that was a bit tired, the whole place could have done with freshening up. Would definitely return for another enjoyable experience.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. We only went for a spa morning but the spa itself was disappointing as it’s in much need of an update. Changing rooms more like school locker rooms which is a shame as it could be such a lovely venue/experience with a little care and updating.

Stayed the night for spa trip and dinner, very nice hall. Very accommodating, Breakfast was lush, spa treatment was great. The pool area is quite small as well as the sauna which was disappointing but overall a great trip.

Didn't stay here or use the hotel.Have been to the Golf Course and used the facilities, which were fantastic.It's a great course. Really good test and in a beautiful surrounding.Great range of holes in terms of variance, risk /reward holes, great Par 3s. Fantastic test of course management too. Love the place.Relax post-round in the Linden Tree pub.Fantastic little pub. Great food, lovely friendly staff and a great treat after a tough round.

We spent 2 nights here for a Spa Weekend and had the most amazing time. All staff were fabulous, especially Leo. The food was amazing, the beauty treatments were second to none. The room was beautiful. Couldn't fault the place and really looking forward to our next stay.

Service was over and above by all staff members. Reception, spa reception, porters, cleaners all so pleasant and helpful.Rooms were lovely, clean, spacious, everything you need.Only issue we had was the spa as I have mobility issues and can't climb ladders I couldn't use the pool. We didn't spend long in the Spa as we felt it was too warm.All in all we had a wonderful nights stay. Peaceful and relaxing
