I went to the Pink concert and went to McDonald's whilst going home, and this place was so busy I'm surprised the workers were still okay. They did so well to get everyone's orders prepared and correct, even with rude customers yelling at them and telling them to hurry up. I did see one woman have a bit of a breakdown and put a paper bag over her head, but it's completely understandable as I would have done the same under these circumstances. The workers looked so exhausted but just got through the shift as well as they could, and I just wanted to leave a thank you for their energy (however forced it may be) tonight.

Very disappointed today. Only good thing they were doing for vegetarian was veggie Deluxe. Sure they don't like vegetarians, they just decided instead of giving proper vegetable burger, just two small strips of Mexican Cajun in a bun with lettuce and mayo. So horrible that i had only chips and burger bun.Not eating there now. New Year New C..p from them.

Very bad customer service from one of the managers there called Dev. I odered 2 big macs as a meal and specifially told them I wanted large fries plus an extra large fry to make them 3. They brought 2 medium fried and one large. When I told Dev what had happened his answer was we did nothing wrong, you got what you ordered. Bear in my he was not there when I ordered. As a manager he was suppose to find out what happened first before trying to be rude. I loved Mc donals but I am never going back at the Mc donals.

Always always always check what they have given you before you leave. Countless times I have been given not what I ordered. Just been there this morning, ordered a sausage and egg muffin meal at the drive through, got home and no sausage on my sausage and egg muffin. They nearly always make you park up and then the food that you think will be fresh, because you had to park up and wait, is stale. Very poor.

Don't know wether it was my accent but I went in today and ordered 2 meals with drinks and 2 burgers and a drink separately. Order comes my drink was missing. Now the cashier seemed a little flustered taking my order and fluffed it. Now when I asked about my other drink I was spoken to like dirt with the server snarling you didn't order a chocolate milk shake! So basically calling me a liar. If he would have been nice I would have suggested I pay for another drink but I felt belittled and embarrassed by this piece of work. McDonalds need to up their game and have decent folk dealing with customers. Glad to say I was passing through and will NEVER go to this branch EVER AGAIN!!

No hot chocolate available. Had sweet chilli grilled chicken wrap which was dry wrap was in bits really did not enjoy only ate it because I was hungry. Disappointing!!

Absolutely disgusting! Ordered a double quarter pounder and it arrived stone cold..burnt and thrown together! Straight in the bin this review wont allow me to upload the pic .have complained to Uber eats
