Great customer service ….. the staff went above and beyond helpful ….. would definitely recommend and shop here again.A man upstairs (had previously been a ski instructor I forget his name) was fab!

Great selection of ski wear & but the mtb & Road bike section has gone so doesn't have quite the feel as before, but if your visiting locally or come from a distance the ski section is well stocked otherwise it would be 5✨.

Finn was awesome. Clearly finds the process really interesting and spent a lot of care and time making sure the insoles molded well to my feet and especially my relatively high arches. Really friendly professional service. Thanks a lot Finn, my holiday was a blast because of your service.

Excellent service. Took my bike in for a service & it was ready the same day. Also, Oliver who serviced it, spent a fair bit of time explaining the Garmin 1000 he sold me. All the staff are very friendly.Altogether, highly recommended!

Checked availability of ski helmets online, turned up to find a really poor selection/display, the helmet I wanted was only available as the display model which they wouldn't sell to me. Long pointless round trip from Cumbria. I honestly could not recommend this branch and won't visit again. Would give it zero stars if I could.

Came in for a coat pretty unsure of what type I needed. Spoke to Tom and they were proper informative and helpful. Ended up leaving with a coat that meets all my needs and for cheaper than I was intending to pay. 10/10
