Called in Sunday. Very poor fresh vegetables especially broccoli most of which was starting to yellow. No freshly baked baguettes. Couldn't use the SmartShop spp because a third party payment option was blocking the screen and could not be removed.

I find Sainsbury's stressful, today 3 tills open, queues of 5-6 deep yet no new tills open to accommodate people's needs. Shopping should be stress free and customer friendly but unfortunately supermarkets priority seems more about cutting costs and profiteering and not about customers needs!

Our Regular Supermarket. Can usually find anything we need from here. Added Benefit of being able to use the handheld scanners linked to your nectar card, getting any deals straight away instead of adding them at the end of a shop.

I love sainsburys. Today my phone wouldn't connect with the WiFi. Thanks Charlie for being so kind and helpful. I can't get enough of the nectar prices and smart shop.

Nice clean supermarket. Good range of clothes as you walk in...everything is well positioned and easy to find with signs above the aisles. Staff friendly and helpful

Very busy, but staff cope very well and remain professional and curteous. Car park is a nightmare. Traffic too fast and difficult for pedestrians returning with shopping to their cars.

Hit and miss whether the hot food counter will actually have hot food at lunchtime. Majority of times I go in around 12 and there’s very limited choice or no choice at all. Surely you’d anticipate a lunchtime demand and ensure food is prepared in time. Another wasted trip on today’s lunch.

Just what you'd expect of a grocery store. It is always clean and tidy with friendly, helpful staff who are always very kind to my young child. Not a fan of their freshly baked bread section, I find their selection very basic and sometimes over baked... but that's just my opinion.They have good fresh produce.Can usually always get what you go in for. Staff have always been helpful whenever I've asked for help.
