After numerous failures to attend my property to give a quote /estimate & having to chase this company as to when they would attend my property to survey & quote I gave up on them ! as they repeatedly failed to show for pre-arranged appointments & also failed to make contact as to why, even though I was aware they were very busy & mine was an emergency job it seems like they may be a 1 man band that maybe just sub contracts work out & were even too busy to do just that, or keep me informed .
