There is always a shortage of food selection each time we come here. But it'd clean tidy and the staff are always helpful. It's can be a bit on the cool side, so if you are effected by the cold, wrap up.

Called here on a bank holiday Monday morning for a breakfast snack. All the usual range of Costa products available. Service was fast and the staff were all friendly and cheerful, although they did seem a little stressed as there was just the 2 of them in to serve. Was clean, tidy and covid secure, although some of the customers weren't.I would call here again recommended.

I was sat in costa getting a drink with my friend who had bought Carribean food from a nearby Christmas market, when we were told we couldn’t eat our food inside the store as it smelled (which it did not) even though I had purchased an item from the store.

The staff are always very nice and help me when I'm confused on how to use the appI have anxiety so try to go to Costa to have a hot chocolate and read my book to get out of my comfort zoneThe staff and atmosphere make this easyThe hot chocolates are always tasty and so are the cakes

Had the salted caramel latte today. Very nice. Served by young lady with blue stripe in her hair. Very polite and nice. Library next door. The knife angel on display outside at the moment.

I enjoy this costa as it tends to be the quietest unless the town park is busy then it can get a bit busy. Food and drink is exactly what you expect from a costa store and the staff are always friendly and helpful

The very best staff and the most exceptional customer service and care. We had a really unique and difficult situation which lead us to have a small gathering in costa for a child’s birthday. The staff ( particularly lady with long bob ) was the absolute kindest and most genuine person. We were taken aback at how supportive they were. They are not awear of the difficult morning we had experienced prior to arriving at coast. They made a bad start to the day into a good one. Thank you kindly. It’s hard to put into words but they showed empathy and compassion and clearly care about there costumers. They are an asset to the companyThank you
