Direct Autos Service and repairs

well what can i say! i have always used direct autos for all of my cars. today i collected my car after having some welding done and what a fine job they did. i would like to thank the owner and his fine team for all the fine work they have done over the last few years on my cars.

I've been going there mostly for mot for last 3 years but never asked them to fix my car but suddenly I need a repair on mot and anther car needed something fixing had bad experience as is still not fixed couse will.have to find someone alse also Very bad attitude they have at the garage. They have damage my two cars will never ever use them again. Also be careful what they doing as they will try to make up stuff to make it cost more never again . The owner he is the best to talk to as he's normal but he's employee's are arrogant people they have asked more money even though we have desiceded some amount ...for a repair. Very bad garage AVOID

Had my bike done hear I'm when in for a fail mot they got the bike in quickly, when I picked up my bike there was some issues sorted but then the rest was not done and would not give a receipt intill requested 4 time and the attitude towards me was not acceptable. On the way back home started having more issues, would like to see a manager about the issues.

These guys are the best. They couldn't fix my car but instead of trying it on they were honest and said it needed to go to specialist garage. Will trust them completely and always go there for my MOTs. 5 star service. Will recommend to all friends and family.

Excellent work on my vehichle and great advice

Great service. I didn't book my car in or call before visiting, however they were still happy to look at my car. Car was sorted whilst I waited and the price was pretty much half the amount that was quoted by a nationwide car garage. Am definitely using this garage again!

Brillant garage. Took my car Friday for a brand new clutch was fixed Saturday. Only called them Wednesday to see when they would do it.Tbf never really had any problems with this garage they have always been Really good and communication has been Brill. P

Had gearbox issues. Dropped the car in on the Monday afternoon, was expecting to have to have to fork out for a new clutch, but received a call on the Tuesday morning letting me know the fault was down to some old/worn seals and wouldn't need any additional work.. So 10/10, really happy with the service provided.

Really friendly team who gave different options on the repairs to suit my needs. They were able to get the job done in great time and at a really competitive cost as well. Will definitely be using them again.
