Our 13 year old little fluffy creature was treated wonderfully by Steph during his first trip to Hackney Groomers. He didn't even look back when she took him inside, he knew he'd be taken care of. While it was only a quick nail trim we couldn't have asked for more and he's walking so much better because of it.It's always something of a risk going to a new groomers but Steph was superb and has a love for dogs that clearly radiates. Highly recommended.

Steph is the sweetest and she works miracles with my Meg, who is over 4 years old but still got that puppy energy, meaning she won't stand still. And somehow she comes back looking great, with the softest fur!Steph is clearly very affectionate with the dogs - Meg is always so excited to see her. The online booking system is a big plus, very straightforward and with all the necessary information available, and Steph is always on time, as she makes sure to have enough time with each dog and not overbook as some other places.10/10 recommend!

Dropped our dog, Peach, for the first time with Steph as we were unhappy with our previous groomer in London. She came came out perfectly trimmed. Ticked all the boxes: good beard length, eye brows not too short, good body length & clean belly. Steph was also super nice when I dropped Peach despite her being very shy.Highly recommend :)

Steph is the best! Our dog is 15 years old and has never liked going to the groomer but Steph is so kind and gentle, Ruby loved her immediately, happily going off with her. Steph is punctual and also very accommodating when we had to change our appointment. But most importantly she also does a great job and Ruby comes out looking fabulous! I couldn't recommend her more.

My dog had a great time with Steph. She listened very carefully about what we were looking for, made sure that I was happy with the length and shape of the haircut. Great experience, Rafa can't wait to go back!

Stephanie is absolutely amazing with our miniature schnauzer, Nandi! We have been to many other dog groomers in north east London and have not been satisfied until we found Stephanie. She listens and pays attention to detail, but most importantly, she is so warm and compassionate with our sometimes neurotic little Nandi. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy groomer.

Steph is amazing. We are so happy with our dog Fig’s groom. He looks fantastic. We have had some bad experiences in the past with groomers but she was so great with him. Would definitely recommend.

We love Hackney Groomers! Our puppy went yesterday for his first ever hair cut and we could have not wish for a better experience for him! He loved it! He looks great and smells incredible. We have already book the next appointment!Thank so much Steph.
